An Open Letter to Giorgio Armani
The sleek design of an ‘A’ implies an aerial arch or an allegoric arrow, shot ahead in time. Perpetually in style, always a fashion must.
What is so alluring about an ‘A’? That it is the anchor, always adhered to an amiable beginning; an alpha; the all-important altruistic ‘A,’ its allotment of existence is a necessary antecedent. This ‘A’ is for you Armani, unless Steve Jobs of Apple seizes it first!
What an awesome attribute Armani! To align yourself with this ‘A’! To take the ante at the very alpha!
OK, OK, Armani, I know, the axle around which you spin is the fashion world. What similarities could your cause and our cause possibly share? Lend me your ear: I believe, that multitudes of ‘computer geeks’ would benefit from the purchase of one of your fine stream-lined suits. Just think of them. . . the poor souls! All locked away, all day long, thinking and computing, then going out of an evening in the same clothes that they have been wearing for three days. Just imagine Armani, the massive influence your suits would have on the virtual world! Just imagine, what cutting-edge software could be written when wearing an Armani suit! What advanced code could come out of fingers when decked out in the finest! What entrepreneurial ideas would arise when the confidence to stun is already there!
It is no secret that many ‘computer geeks’ have money. Why then do they still go about in jeans and T-shirts? Just try one Armani suit! Come on Armani, convince them!
